Notice: Following the Rules is Mandatory Read Game Rules

Every player on blitzhop.io is strictly required to follow our community rules and fair play guidelines. Cheating, automated scripts, movement exploits, harassment, ban evasion, or infrastructure disruption will result in immediate kicks and permanent bans across all accounts.

Welcome to BlitzHop ("we", "us", "our", or the "Game"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of blitzhop.io, including all game modes, the Map Maker, user accounts, services, and associated content. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or playing BlitzHop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Mandatory Rules & Fair Play

You agree to adhere to our Official Rules & Fair Play Guidelines at all times. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

Cheat or Automate: Modify source code, use aimbots, wallhacks, ESP, triggerbots, auto-bhop scripts, hardware macros, or memory injectors.
Exploit Bugs: Intentionally abuse map geometry holes, desync glitches, or unintended physics to gain an unfair advantage. Discovered bugs must be reported to developers.
Evade Bans: Use VPNs, proxies, hardware ID spoofers, or alternate accounts to bypass active mutes, kicks, or bans.
Disrupt Infrastructure: Execute DDoS attacks, socket-floods, packet tampering, or unauthorized scraping/reverse-engineering of game servers or APIs.
Harass or Doxx: Share private personal information (doxxing), send threats, blackmail, swatting threats, hate speech, or sexually explicit content.
Manipulate Stats: Team-sabotage, win-trade, grief matches, or use bots to artificially manipulate leaderboards, levels, or currency.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

You may play BlitzHop as a guest or create an authenticated account to persist your level, gold, and inventory.

Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your country). Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are strictly liable for all actions conducted under your account.
One Identity: Account sharing, buying, selling, or trading is strictly forbidden.
Usernames: We reserve the right to reset or reclaim usernames that are offensive, impersonate staff, or infringe on third-party trademarks.

3. Virtual Items, Gold & Progression

BlitzHop features an in-game economy, including Gold currency, weapon skins, character skins, loot cases, and level progression.

No Real-World Value: In-game currency, items, and cosmetics hold no real-world monetary value, are not transferable outside the game, and cannot be redeemed for legal tender.
No Real-Money Trading (RMT): Trading, selling, or buying game assets or accounts for real-world money outside of official game systems is strictly prohibited.
Adjustments & Balancing: We reserve the right to adjust weapon balance, drop rates, case odds, and economy values as required to maintain a healthy game environment.

4. User Content & Map Maker

When you create maps in the Map Maker or submit custom graffiti, you retain authorship of your creations while granting BlitzHop an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, execute, and distribute that content within the game. User-created content must never contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, or copyright-infringing materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, 3D models, textures, animations, audio, graphics, and branding associated with BlitzHop are owned by BlitzHop and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial gameplay.

6. Moderation & Termination

Server-side anti-cheat and moderation systems operate continuously. Staff and automated systems reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, or permanently ban any user or IP address at any time, with or without prior notice, for conduct violating these Terms or the game Rules.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

BlitzHop is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. As an active online game in continuous development, occasional maintenance, bugs, downtime, server updates, and balance adjustments are to be expected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlitzHop, its operators, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the game.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any revisions will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this document. Continued play following posted changes confirms your acceptance of the revised Terms.
