Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing, playing, or creating an account on blitzhop.io ("Service", "Game", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using BlitzHop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. FOLLOWING THE RULES & FAIR PLAY GUIDELINES (MANDATORY) ================================================================================ All players are required to strictly follow our Official Rules & Fair Play Guidelines. Violations undermine the integrity of the game and community and will not be tolerated. By using BlitzHop, you explicitly agree that you will NOT: • Cheat or Automate: Use aimbots, wallhacks, ESP, triggerbots, auto-bhop scripts, recoil macros, third-party injectors, or modified clients. • Exploit: Intentionally abuse map geometry glitches, desync exploits, or movement bugs for competitive advantage. Bugs must be reported immediately to developers. • Ban Evade: Bypass mutes, kicks, or bans using alternate accounts, VPNs, proxies, hardware spoofers, or IP manipulation. • Attack Infrastructure: Attempt DDoS attacks, socket flooding, rate-limit bypassing, packet tampering, or unauthorized reverse-engineering of game servers or APIs. • Harass or Doxx: Engage in toxicity, hate speech, racism, sexism, harassment, blackmail, swatting threats, or sharing personal private data (doxxing). • Manipulate Stats: Grief, team-sabotage, win-trade, or use bot networks to manipulate leaderboards or farm rewards. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNTS ================================================================================ • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your country). Players under 18 must have parental or guardian permission. • Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account or session. • One Identity: Account sharing, selling, buying, or trading is strictly forbidden. • Usernames: Offensive, impersonating, trademark-infringing, or abusive usernames will be changed or banned without notice. ================================================================================ 3. VIRTUAL ITEMS, CURRENCY & PROGRESSION ================================================================================ • Virtual Goods: BlitzHop includes virtual currency (Gold), cases, character skins, weapon skins, badges, and levels. • No Real-World Value: Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or currency, and are not personal property. • No Real-Money Trading (RMT): Buying, selling, or trading in-game items, accounts, or services for real-world money outside of officially authorized systems is strictly banned. • Modifications & Balancing: We reserve the right to alter, rebalance, adjust odds, or modify virtual items, drop tables, or level curves at any time for game balance. ================================================================================ 4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (MAP MAKER & GRAFFITI) ================================================================================ • You retain ownership of original map layouts you author, but grant BlitzHop an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, run, adapt, and distribute your maps and drawings within the game. • Prohibited Content: Custom maps, names, and graffiti must not depict illegal, obscene, sexually explicit, hate-speech, defamatory, or copyright-infringing material. ================================================================================ 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ================================================================================ All source code, game mechanics, 3D models, textures, animations, sound effects, music, visual designs, and trademarks associated with BlitzHop are owned by BlitzHop and its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the game for non-commercial personal entertainment. ================================================================================ 6. ENFORCEMENT, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION ================================================================================ • Authoritative server-side anti-cheat tools and staff moderation operate continuously. • We reserve the right to warn, mute, suspend, ban, or terminate any account, IP, or hardware fingerprint at our sole discretion, immediately and without prior notice, for breach of these Terms or the Rules. • Abusive chargebacks, fraud, or intentional network attacks result in permanent, non-appealable termination and blacklisting. ================================================================================ 7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ("AS-IS") ================================================================================ BlitzHop is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding uptime, stability, bug-free performance, or that game progress will be permanent. BlitzHop is continuously updated (including alpha/playtest testing) and temporary server downtime, maintenance, or data adjustments may occur. ================================================================================ 8.
